Microsoft Dynamics CRM Trial Offers - a new beginning

For 7 years Complete Solutions has offered Microsoft Dynamics CRM trials and could tell and show people how to track and manage leads, but often we struggled to live up to the theory or do what we knew was right.

We are faced with the new challenge to increasing sales in a recession.

At Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in   Washington DC earlier this year I was looking through the book section of Microsoft store and came across a book called Inbound Marketing by Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah.

I read  the book and  it gave me a few tips including “grade my website”, and while working through the examples I was asked to fill out a web form, which included my email address and phone number, in order to receive acopy of a report. The next thing - I have a call from Jill from Hubspot (near Boston) telling me about their free trial that was available.

Because I had read the book, I was an easy target and believed we could use some help, including coaching, and a new Content Management System.  I rapidly realised that Inbound Marketing was a process, and I was being sold that process. I was convinced and we signed up to the process. We have started the prepaid consulting/training and now we have a new website. I have become a zealot and now am driving ahead with the process.
Launch of the new site today, actually the old site with a new Content Management System – CMS.

I was told we needed a blog, I knew we needed one, however everyone said you will never do it, especially every week. Here we are today at the start of the process:  tell of our success and maybe help others to make the decision.

Join me as we explore this world of Inbound Marketing, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Complete Solutions.
