We offer a number of support options to our customers. These options are designed to keep the cost of support down to a minimum. We define this type of support as "Business as Usual". It is necessary to provide this support but we would prefer to help you to get the best from your system.

We believe that when this becomes too high it is a sign that an organisation may require training.
