We offer a number of support options to our customers. These options are designed to keep the cost of support down to a minimum. We define our basic level of support as "Business as Usual". While it is necessary to provide this type of support, we would prefer to help you to get even more from your system.
We believe that when this becomes too high it is a sign that an organisation may require training.
